DVD disks compatibility to your DVD player

Home Video Hits needs you to identify your DVD player brand and model number on the order form so we can determine the DVD type compatibility for your player. If you have not provided this information and you experience compatibility issues, you will need to send your DVDs (not the tapes) back to us for re-inspection. At that point we will re-burn your DVDs in a different format that is more compatible with your player. You will be charged $15 for every copy that is required. You will also be required to pay any return shipping of your new DVDs before they are sent back to you.

However, if your DVD player's brand and model number is specified on the order form and the disc(s) are incompatible, we will re-burn your DVDs at no additional cost to you, and you will not be required to pay for return shipping of the new DVDs.

You should be aware that recordable disks working in your DVD player may or may not work in other players. You can obtain compatibility information by checking your DVD player’s service/instruction book or by contacting your equipment re-seller or manufacturer.
